No. MySociety is billed monthly per society. After your subscription expires, a 30-day grace period applies before any access restrictions.
Are there per-resident or per-flat fees?
No. One flat monthly price covers your entire society up to the plan limits — currently 500 units and 1,000 residents.
Can we upgrade for larger societies?
Yes. Contact support for enterprise societies or annual billing options tailored to your committee.
What happens after the launch promo?
Standard ₹5,999/month billing begins (launch societies pay ₹1,999/month during the promo). Renewal reminders are sent at 15, 7, 3, and 1 days before expiry.
