Is there a long-term contract?
No. MySociety is billed per society, monthly or yearly as you choose. If an invoice is still unpaid when access ends, you get a 7-day grace period first, and nothing is ever deleted.
Are there per-resident or per-flat fees?
No. One flat price covers your entire society up to the plan limits, currently 500 units and 100 residents.
Can we upgrade for larger societies?
Yes. Contact support for larger societies or a custom plan.
What happens after the launch promo?
Standard ₹2,999/month + GST billing begins (launch societies pay ₹2,999/month + GST during the promo). We raise an invoice a week before access ends and remind you 7 days and 1 day before, and on the due date.
How do we pay?
By UPI or bank transfer. Send the reference with a screenshot or the transaction number and we confirm it. A GST invoice is issued for every payment.
How long does onboarding take?
Most societies go live within 24 hours of registration. Our team provisions your workspace and guides initial setup.
